No. The sessions and videos are done using minimal equipment. Some cones would help but you can use other household objects. We also recommend a speed ladder and hurdles (found very cheaply from most online retailers) but, again, things can be adapted.

We have 3 sections of videos to look through. You choose the sections you need help with, watch the video then practise. You can work through them in order or just watch the ones you want to work on.

We then have a Full Sessions & Challenges section where you can go through specific courses and demonstration videos and challenge yourself to beat your scores.

Of course! The website has a mix of videos for beginner to academy level players. You simply work through at your own pace.

No. The idea is that this is your own personal training website. You just need you, a ball and some basic equipment.
