The 4 Week Total Player Program
Welcome to the 4 Week Total Player Program.
This challenge is ideal if you want to work on some of the most important things for your football development:
• Ball mastery & close-control
• Football fitness
• Passing & receiving
How it works
For each of the exercises have 3 tries and record your scores.
You get 1 point each time you do the move/skill.
Before you start your 3 tries you can have as much practise as you like.
Time yourself for 1 minute for each exercise and do each move/skill properly.
Out of your 3 tries, check your highest score against the chart below to see what level you are at.
1-30 points – Championship
31-60 points – Premier League
61+- Champions League
